Cancellation Policy
Accommodation cancellations will not be accepted unless made in writing to Watermark Events at nvc@watermarkevents.com.au.
Cancellations on or after 27 September 2024 will incur a 100% cancellation fee and no refunds can be offered.
All refunds processed incur a $27.50 processing fee. Refunds cannot be made on credit card fees charged at the time of the booking.
