Full payment via credit card is required upon booking. Accepted credit/debit cards are Visa, MasterCard and AMEX. Please note a credit card fees of 1.98% applies. Transactions will appear on your statement as ‘Watermark Events’.
On check in guests are to provide a valid credit card to cover any incidentals whilst on the property.
Cancellation Policy
Accommodation cancellations will not be accepted unless made in writing to Watermark Events at nvc@watermarkevents.com.au.
Cancellations between 27 September and 13 October will incur a cancalltion fee equal to 1 nights accommodation, per booking cancelled.
Cancellations on or after 14 October 2024 will incur a 100% cancellation fee and no refunds can be offered.
All refunds processed incur a $27.50 processing fee. Refunds cannot be made on credit card fees charged at the time of the booking.
