Full payment via credit card is required upon booking. A credit card fee of 1.98% applies.
On check in guests are to provide a valid credit card to cover any incidentals whilst on the property.
Cancellation Policy
Accommodation cancellations will not be accepted unless made in writing to Watermark Events at nvc@watermarkevents.com.au.
Cancellations between 25 September 2026 and 12 October 2026 will receive a refund less one night accommodation.
Cancellations received on or after 13 October 2026 will incur a 100% cancellation fee and no refunds can be offered.
All refunds processed incur a $27.50 processing fee. Refunds can not be made on credit card fees charged at the time of the booking.
