Full payment via credit card is required upon booking. A credit card fee of 1.98% applies.

Cancellation Policy
Accommodation cancellations will not be accepted unless made in writing to Watermark Events at nvc@watermarkevents.com.au.
Cancellations between on or after 26 September 2025 will incur a 100% cancellation fee and no refunds can be offered.
All refunds processed incur a $27.50 processing fee. Refunds can not be made on credit card fees charged at the time of the booking.
