Payment
Full payment via credit card is required upon booking. A credit card fee of 1.98% applies.
A $200 credit card or cash bond per room is required upon check in. If bond is on credit card it will be held for 5-10 working days.
Cancellation Policy
Accommodation cancellations will not be accepted unless made in writing to Watermark Events at nvc@watermarkevents.com.au.
Cancellations between 8 August 2021 and 22 August 2021 will be refunded 50%. Cancellations received on or after 23 August 2021 will incur a 100% cancellation fee and no refunds can be offered.
All refunds processed incur a $27.50 processing fee. Refunds can not be made on credit card fees charged at the time of the booking.
